• Can only agree with previous comments, waited over an hour still no food,only one girl on till and had to deliver the food to tables as well. Only one girl in kitchen preparing food, obviously couldn't cope. We asked for our money back which we got and left.

• Very rude and abusive towards my children, we were Waiting well over an hour for food until we gave up after being told very rudely that the food was not yet ready and was very rudely told by the staff i had not been waiting very long in the end we never got our food

• Very disappointing service and food on two occasions. Does not seem to be managed very well - a manager with an unfortunate attitude to staff and customers does not help. Food is not great.

• I had the Surf and Turf meal. It was OK for the price but the meal had no "personality". What do you expect for £8.95
