• Please do not use this firm, it is not worth the stress they have caused us. The person we have been dealing with, has been nothing short of incompetent with my house sale and subsequent purchase, numerous errors in basic paperwork resulting in phone call after phone call from me to get it sorted. How many times do you need to tell someone the house number of the house you are buying? When I try to get it sorted, it is always someone else's or an I.T. fault - Sorry mate, but the commonality is definitely you. Not quite sure what I've paid for, as it seems I've done most of the work. What shocks me, is having talked to a few of my new neighbours, it turns out they were recommended to use him by the builders too, and they have all had similar issues. Just check out their website, says it all.
