• Useless. Cannot be trusted. I have used RideAway for several years. Until quite recently I found them to be reliable and inexpensive. The past 6 cabs I have booked, many with an hour prior. Even when calling shortly after the suggested pick up, they acknowledge the taxi is unroute but doesn't arrive. Last night at 1145pm my wife and I had to walk 2 miles home from the station in heavy rain while wearing formal evening wear. We will be removing your contact details and replacing with Uber. Ex Client. West.
