• Parts department are hopeless. Don't answer phone so called in even though 40 min drive, kept me waiting at the counter 25 mins before someone saw me then didn't have part in stock , oil breather valve for my gt turbo. Worse still they won't even send the part out to me when they get it into stock

• Parts department here are useless, can't get through to them on phone, then you have to visit them at least twice ( parking is awful too), because they never have the part you need in stock and refuse to deliver to you. Also very expensive, charged me £170 for the part I needed which I later found on ebay for £40. When I tried to then take it back saying I got the part cheaper elsewhere they refused. Won't be going back
