• We have used Remloc 3 times now and have finally got round to submitting a long overdue review. Sam is the most professional and courteous engineer I've ever had to deal with. We first called him as we had a small leak coming through the ceiling in the lounge. He listened to the problem, asked all the relevant questions and diagnosed the problem over the phone. Instead of him coming out himself and us having to pay a call out charge he diagnosed the problem as a grouting/sealant problem in the shower cubicle so he sent a colleague who was a tiler. Sure enough the problem was exactly as Sam had predicted. The charge was minuscule and the problem was fixed within the hour. A less scrupulous company may have sent a plumber with the cost that would have entailed. The second time we needed to use them was when our towel radiator failed. Sam came round at the agreed time and not only helped to advise me what type I needed he was also honest enough to say that I could probably find a model online cheaper than he could source. He also had the time to confirm the items I proposed to order were correct before I ordered them. The work was completed on time and to a very professional standard. The last time we needed their help was yesterday due to a boiler problem. I sent them an email around 8:30pm on a Friday night and had a voicemail the next morning telling me he was in the area later that afternoon. Again he was able to diagnose the problem on the phone and brought the necessary equipment he thought he would need. Again he was spot on and tracked the problem to a faulty valve. Once he had replaced it in super quick time he then ensured everything was working as expected by testing it several times. Again the costs of the parts and labour was very reasonable. On each visit Sam explained in clear detail what the issues were in a manner that I could understand. We would not hesitate in recommending Sam and Remloc to our family and friends! Thanks Sam!
