"The Red Lion is a lovely village pub close to Wrexham in North Wales. It has off the road parking, a large attractive garden, Bar, Lounge and Restaurant. The pub has the Cask Marque for its real ales and has a great reputation for its Hobgoblin!Our staff offer a great service, it is a friendly, warm Pub that appeals to all age ranges. Dogs are very welcome."

• Went to red lion on Sunday and have a excellent Sunday roast. A generous portion size and the veg is served in a separate dish so can oil what you want will be returning soon

• my wife and i had the fish chips and mushy peas on the evening thursday 23 of August 2012 i found the meal utterly tasteless completely bland i wouldnt recommend it to anyone i thought it was very very poor, the complementary bottle of wine was a pleasant surprise but didnt compensate for the very bland food we havnt opened the wine yet so i cannot comment on that
