We purchased a Ford S-Max from Ravenscroft from the owner, Bob.
On taking delivery there was only one key, a lack of manuals and a missing boot cover. Within two weeks we also had to replace a dead battery and discovered the air conditioning wasn't working so I don't trust their servicing.
Bob refused to talk to us and therefore we dealt with Keith feeling that we were a part of a lousy good cop/bad cop routine.
The missing manuals and boot cover eventually came from another S-Max that had come in, creating the same problems for the next punter.
After fixing the issues and forking out for a new key the car wasn't any cheaper than we could have purchased from a main dealer and without the aggravation.
