• the range at blackburn The customer service staff were very helpful,when i needed to ask them something ,smiling and chatty.They made me feel welcome .i will be definitely coming back .thankyou again to the customers service staff

• This was a disappointing shopping experience. Firstly the 2 hour parking restriction meant that there was no time for lunch. Secondly, there is insufficient space between the aisles to make shopping comfortable. Thirdly many items were not priced. And lastly there were not enough staff on the tills, not surprisingly then the staff manning them were miserable with little in the way of customer care skills.
