• Ordered gates.Did not get the gates or posts we orders. Poor fitting Rang to complain,I got nothing but abuse they were shouting and very rude over the phone.PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE even if it costs you double it is not worth the hassle.

• Bad customer service. Once they got your money not interested if you have any concerns. Bought two gates, not cheap ones and one has a long split in it. Just wanted some reassurance but got rudeness instead!

• Had a gate fitted Friday. Pleased with the gate but very disappointed that they left a hole in the concrete when they took the old post out. Rang to ask why the hole was not filled in. The person I spoke to said he would ask the fitters, but no reply.

• Excellent service.I received a top class product with top class service. Admittedly not the cheapest,but you get what you pay for. The panels are a heavy, well constructed product and should last for a good few years.I would recommend to anyone.

• Had my fencing and gate put up today. Very pleased with it all. The two lads that did it were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to other people

• Went in and ordered my Fencing to be Delivered. Got attended to with quick and friendly service, I was told the delivery would be made on Tuesday(it was Friday when I ordered). I was stunned to find the delivery was made at 7.15AM!!! Brilliant. So much better than our other local fencing company who don't even deliver!!!! Oh and cheaper even tantalised.

• Don't ask them to justify the high prices. The owner was very rude, wasn't willing to justify the prices, told me to stop wasting his time and put the phone down on me! Great customer service!

• Had our fence frittered 13th dec we were out at the time but must say what a good job they did and left no mess really pleased.

• Possibly the worst customer service. Unreliable, unfair in regards to customer policy and refused to show proof of the fencing I ordered. I received the cheapest of cheap when I pay for decent fencing. GO ELSEWHERE!

• People are always quick to criticise, so credit should be given when it is due. I must say I cannot fault Rainworth Fencing in any way. Their fence panels are fantastic value and excellent quality. The shop staff could not have been more helpful & the delivery arrived exactly on time. Thank-you Rainworth Fencing;I will be recommending you to all of my friends!!!

• Beware of cheap fencing good serice when you order and pay for your fencing but not so good when things go wrong the panels have twisted after 3 weeks its not just movement theres a 2 inch gap more on some of the panels i rang to see what they would do about them they offerd me more boards but they would not fit them so i would have to take the fence to bits to change them myself not at all happy with the aftersales service.

• Take care when you order your goods as the price you see is not the price you will pay as I found out the other day the ticket price said one price but was charged a different price after paying and checking was informed we had a price increase on the first of May I was offered a full refund but what they should have done was give me the goods at the old price but they were not prepared to offer me that option I have looked through the web page cannot find information pertaining to a price increase as they said they had done cannot find any only how to get in touch not a very good website?
