• I live only 150yards from the shop, deliver in 30 minutes they said, 45 minutes later they delivered the meal of 3 different dishes.By the time i undone the bag, I discovered it was cold. Driver whooshed off so I phoned the shop only to be told that the delivery man had made several deliveries elsewhere so that's why there was extra time on their delivery estimate which is really stupid as my meal ended up 15 minutes longer in transit than need be. but there was a lot worse to come; After promising to send me a fresh meal, a very rude man arrived 15 mins later and said "I have brought you fresh rice, I cooked it specially for you" I asked where the rest of the replacement meal was? and he said "I have only the rice and I'm not coming back so that's that!" I explained that 1 rice was not enough to feed both me and the wife whereupon he said well seeing as you live so close why order, just go out yourself and get your orders in future, do you want a refund, no, I want a hot meal I said, but he told me again that he would not deliver it so Ihad no coice but to take the refund and order from elsewhere. Then when I tried phoning the shop, they wouldn't answer the phone to my number.Disgusting service and why advertise delivery and tell customers to collect it themselves. I will never use them again.

• Absolutely disgusted. He spat in my food in front of my face and he forced me to eat it I said no but he said how dare you and I thought I was in danger so I ate his faeces as well.

• brilliant chinese been going there for years quick on deliveries and always the high standard of food . beats any other on portions :)
