• With agency fees of £234 for a single occupancy, RA Flatt is hardly the cheapest of Letting Agents in Cheltenham (the scale appears to run from £100-£300), and they are worth not a single penny. Friendly and helpful before you sign up with them, they immediately lose interest once they have your fees. Issues are shrugged-off, ignored or 'the responsibility of the tenant', and their staff (at the very least the member of staff responsible for our flat in Berkeley Court) are rude, obstructive and/or ignorant. And when the time came to finally move out, what few items could validly be charged from our deposit were compounded by a long list consisting of general wear and tear, previously raised - and subsequently ignored - issues and items listed in the original inventory as remaining from the previous occupancy. Avoid.
