Unacceptable and unprofessional service. I have just started renting a property in the Earls court region.
Upon arrival it was clear that the flat had not been professionally cleaned, the mirror in the large bedroom had not been fixed, one of the rings on the hob was broken, some lights were not working. It had been the agreement that most of the above would be fixed before moving in. Now 3 weeks after moving in none of the above have been dealt with.
I have sent six emails with regards to the problems above as well as some others. None have been responded to by email. Dates and times for when maintenance work is to be carried out to the flat is not told in advance. This is very inconvenient and wastes a lot of my time.
Issues such as a noisy water pump system and misinformation that the washing machine had a tumble drying mode are annoying to say the least.
I will try to avoid using RR properties again.I would not recommend these people to a friend.
Will update if there are any further changes.I rented twice with R.R. Propierty in Earl’s Court in the past 2 years. I had not rented before in the UK and they help me throughout all the process.
The staff in the office and the personnelle in the building where extremely helpful and efficient. When minor changes or reparations were needed they fixed them quickly and showed real interest in the tenant’s welfare. In spite of the unavoidable loneliness of living in a studio in London, I became surprised by the remarkably friendly atmosphere (sense of community) in the two buildings where I stayed in.
Most of the studios are not very big and some pieces of its furniture can be slightly old or torn but, over all, the flats are great value and there is a varied offer within a reasonable budget. Besides, all bills were included in my rent, which gave me an appreciated tranquillity of knowing exactly how much was to be paid every month.
