• Telephoned Mr. Furber to attend to overflowing elderly WC cistern - its stoptap jammed. Also cistern fixings to wall had aged. Arrived within an hour and unjammed stoptap. Took old parts out and went to collect new returned quickly, fitted new parts and reattached cistern to wall securely. Cleaned up after his work. Cost was not excessive. He could have said I needed new cistern but didn't. I was very pleased with his work.
