• Don't use them. Wanted to charge me nearly £250 for a part we later brought for £30. Told me it would take 2 hours to fit. We replaced the clip on/clip off part in 2 minutes. When I explained the price difference to the receptionist she said ' so you would like me to cancel your appointment'? No reaction, so maybe this happens a lot?? An independant plumber told us it was a faulty heating element instead which we had verified so would have cost us over £300 to be in the same position we started with. Steer clear!!
