• Amazing service yesterday( by young guy with glasses, sorry I don’t know your name). I was looking for a part to replace the lid to the tool tray on my Red Cat and Dog Miele Vacuum cleaner. He’d looked online and quoted price, but red not available. He disappeared, came back made phone call then went out the back of the shop, came back with another machine same Colour, took the tool lid off and put it on my machine. Apparently the engine had ceased up and customer hadn’t collected hence the phone call, when customer said dispose of it. And I got a free lid!!!
