• TERRIBLE! Told a disabled customer to go out and return goods to them when she couldn't (when it was sent to her through their poor description). When she explained the issue they were so rude and didn't care. AVOID.

• diabolical took my money didn't deliver or respond to e mails only got refund after threats give this company a big wide berth they are rubbish

• The worst service I've had from any company ever. Goods not received, no responses to their contact form, eventual responses to emails but they made no sense... will wait and see if I ever get a refund but I'm not holding out much hope at this stage. Awful awful awful. If I could give zero stars I would.

• Crap service ordered a diary, waited a week and they told me it had got damaged when they tried to deliver it, I don't believe them. Waiting to see if they refund the money. Rubbish don't rate them at all
