• Left elderly couple in Airport I booked Quick Airport Service for a meet and greet service in the Airport for my elderly parents thinking I could trust them to be there to greet them. After several phone calls I found out that the car company booked the wrong date so my parents were left waiting. I asked to speak to the manager of the car company and was promised a call back. Guess what? It never happened even thought I was told several times that I would hear from him. I kept calling them as I was very angry and I thought it would only be fair if they paid the extra cost for an Airport cab as I have been a loyal customer until now. That was the least they could do. The fourth time I called to speak to the manager I was told that he was sleeping, second time he was on holiday.... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. TO BE AVOIDED
