• Lost my new house because they could not complete a related remortgage. Kept asking for information they had had for weeks....impossible to get through to....seems like no one can speak to them...That includes LMS, the mortgage company, my mortgage broker or myself....total incompetence...thanks a lot.

• I would strongly advise staying away from them - worst customer service I've ever experienced. Nothing good to say about them, cost me a lot of time and money and ended up doing their job form them.

• Do not use this company. 0 stars if possible. Not worth it. Overcharged us, unhelpful, slow to respond (if responded) bad experience overall. If I have just read these reviews before I have decided I would spare myself of hassle while saving considerable amount.

• Absolutely dreadful, took from August to end of December for a simple remortgage. Could not get the on the telephone, information not received, monies not received on completion. No customer service whatsoever. Not even worth one star.

• Absolutely dreadful service- I would strongly recommend avoiding. They have made so many errors throughout my transaction, rarely reply to emails or respond to phone calls. I feel that the cases are handled by admin support rather than qualified solicitors. The vast majority of the work they have done has been full if errors which I have had to correct.

• Awful. Took 6 months to sell my leasehold property. No chasing, no proactiveness, and you effectively deal with a call centre and hardly ever the solicitor. Avoid.

• Recently remortgaged my home and had QCAS chosen as my solicitors, and am very glad I did. They were very efficient and responsive and would definitely recommend them, hard to understand the below review.

• Was slightly wary after reading reviews, however, I was pleasantly surprised with the high level of customer service I received, they were very easy to contact and the whole process was a breeze! Would definitely use again!

• QCAS are a joke, nobody answers the phone and although there is an automated message saying to send an email they don't respond to those either. They lose documents which they have signed for but don't tell you and never give updates. Contacting LMS to get updates from them is pointless as they can't get hold of QCAS either and LMS customer service advisors admit that QCAS can't cope. The only way I managed to speak to them was to phone Shulmans and eventually got a call back. I can't give them a 0 so have had to chose 1 star. Avoid this firm like the plague.

• Absolute rubbish. They don't care about anyone, they have caused the failure of 5 attempts to exchange contracts. Do not use them.

• Qcas Experience is the one of the worst service experience I ever had. There are many issues in this firm like Operation, Communication, Staff training, Staff Knowledge, and Competence. I will advice/suggest any prospect customers to stay away from this firm as they will prolonged your case unnecessary & put you in situation where you end up having financial loss. Basically they don’t care about their customer.
