• I had my car booked in for 10:00am. I arrived at 9:50am but they were shut (I came here a few times in the past to book my car in but they were shut then as well). I waited until 10:30 but no one arrived and there was no answer on the phone. I phoned them later that morning and arranged to bring the car back then. When I got there I said, very politely, to the owner that he must loose a lot of business by being shut . He then got quite aggressive and said he's busy enough and he doesn't care if he loses business and he doesn't need my business either. Needless to say, I didn't leave my car with him.
