• Totally knowledgeable and precise with their work. Have a goldwing trike & no problem with helping I with her.

• We've been using Predator for years. Although it might seem a little chaotic at times we have always been pleased with the repairs and servicing. They are so reasonably priced too compared to St Albans garages.

• Reviews Write a review Your rating Your rating: Hated it Contacted the motercycle services as they said on line they had an exhaust part in stock. On contact that was not the case but they would order it and contact me once it was in. Two weeks later I contacted them to be advised they had no record of my enquiry. So again ordered the part and paid for it. Was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks max for it to arrive (which I thought was OTT). After 6 weeks and a lot of nagging by me the part arrives. As the MOT is now all but over I ask that the new exhaust be fitted and that an MOT be conducted. All agreed and a date/time given. On arrival the 1 person in the shop (door was locked and I had to find my in round the back) was clearly rushed off his feet and was not expecting me. On checking the MOT was booked in. I agreed to leave the bike overnight to collect next day. On collection I was charged 1 hour labour for fitting at a rate higher than advised. This was then reduced. I advised that I was writing this review. Clearly poor communications internally & with customers. Poor level of service and customer care. Bearing in mind the time delay any decent company would have waived the fitting charge (10 min job). Not impreesed 1 bit.
