• Terrible. Avoid buying from this business at all costs. Manager named Paula has the worst customer relations skills I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. She Refused to accept that a dangerous fault with our nearly new car seat existed. When we eventually got maxi cosi to look at it they immediately identified the dangerous fault and replaced the faulty part. Paula also Threatened to send debt collectors round to our house because we hadn't returned the loan seat which they had collected themselves weeks ago! Dreadful, awful, disgraceful company with a nasty manageress. Avoid.
