• Had wooden floor fitted to our hallway, very dissatisfied with the fitting and colour and no solution offered by potters even tho we have bought all our carpets from them for 30 years. Poor service from salesman to after sales

• We visited store intending to purchase one bedroom carpet. New king size bed and kitchen. The customer service in regard to the carpet and its fit was so awful we will never go back. If one department under performs it clearly crushes the whole company.

• Potters have always been excellent for carpets and floor coverings. As a family we have dealt with them for over 30 years, and have been very helpful with there advice and choices of floor coverings. They also have always had a excellent team of fitters. We would recommend them everytime.
