• Variable prices once again . ranging from £9.90 to a recent charge of £22.00. Refuse to use them again. They give you a quote and then extend it. Very unprofessional and I detest greed.

• Very bad service. The driver was sent to the wrong building, staff are not compassionate. Was asking for a cab from the animal.hospital. i called 20mins later to confirm booking i was told driver was there (which was not the case).i was told a text message was sent (not the case). I asked if i could have another cab, i was asked to pay for the cab that never arrived on top of the normal charge. Staff unfriendly.
