• For a Ford Main Dealership they should be ashamed as the Sales team don't know nothing about Cars they may as well be selling washing machines !! And as for the Service side I will never touch them again

• They changed from Polar Ford to Trust Ford about a month after purchasing a year old CMAx. When collecting, car had one key, ABS service light showing, missing parcel shelf and wrong boot floor cover. Parcel shelf taking from another car on display, key and ABS sorted a few days later. They won't return calls about boot floor. Worst car buying experience I've ever had.

• The service is absolutely appaling. Spoke with someone called Ben Heeley, he asked me to phone him on a tuesday morning only to find out that he was off that day. What makes it worse is that the lady at the reception whenever I call always say if I could leave my number so that they could get back to me. Guess what? No one phoned me. I may not be as important as the other customers but they just lost a potential customer in the future. Very frustrated and disappointed on the service that I received.
