"fully refurbished lovely decorated country pub"
Gone downhill a bit since then. Landlord seems to have given up on the food side of things; fish and chips took over an hour to arrive, and we were the only peolpe who wanted food. As a local the drug culture that's surrounding the Plough is a bit of a worry. There are far better places to eat and drink locally.Had a fantastic Burns Night at The Plough. Great piper, great atmosphere and a superb three courses. Will definately be dining again and looking out for other theme nights.Rating history and distribution
