• Web order arrived all incorrect, main complaint is the appalling service received by Manager Sunny, it took 6 attempts to call as he continually decided to hang up the phone as was not interested in rectifying this complaint at all. No guidance was provided on whether order would be replaced or a refund progressed. In the meantime my 6 year old child was hungry and still waiting for her dinner. Finally on the sixth attempt at calling for a resolution he shouted continuously and said he did not care repeatedly in a very aggressive manner then the 6th time the phone was slammed down on me. Very insulting, highly abusive and aggressive attitude by Sunny the Manager, shocked this is the calibre of frontline staff representing Pizza hut.
