• Tasty Food, Friendly Staff & Affordable Prices. I have been going to Pizza Factory (Port Talbot) for many years now, and They have gained my satisfaction as you most probably can already see from the title! – Since they have moved to a new, larger and more equipt premesis I was sceptical to whether the standard would be maintained, but they seem to have made it work! - PROS - Friendly Staff // The staff at pizza factory are friendly, outgoing and easy to get along with, i have seen some arguments amoungs them and customers but honestly, treat them with respect and they will look after you as has been proven! There is no need to swear or abuse the staff in any way, the resteraunt is supervised by security at certain times, the store has a radio connected directly to the police in case of emergencies. -Tasty Food // The taste is much more than that of Dominos, Pizza Hut ect... Time is taken to make pizza’s perfectly to the customers needs! -A BAR AREA // The resteraunt now has a fully operational bar area. Serving many wines (red,white and rose) Beers on draught (Coors Light, Carling and Worthington) aswell as selling cans of stella, strongbow and budweisser. Guinnes is also supplied on request from surge cans. - Food hygiene rating at 1 2 3 (4) 5 // very good for a takeaway one of the best in town! As you can see I have done my research! CONS - Slow delivery on rush hour times // They say within an hour, but occasionally they go over but this is to be expected with such a busy restaurant. As you can see there are not many!

• cold and over priced will go to pizza pizza next time

• ordered two pizza both cold and dry , owner told me the f word will go to dominos next time

• The Nachos are great! My favourite was the Pizzas, especially the Calzone!Was a tad expensive though,
