• Having previously decided that the prices were too high for a pub, my wife had heard that the meals were fine, so we went How wrong this was! My asparagus was significantly under cooked, my wife's prawn and crab salad was poor, the main course vegetables were abysmal--tinned peas!! and my wife's potatos were inedible the £14.95 wine should have been £9.99. In all a very poor meal for the price and much better value can be obtained in the region. we complained to the nice serving girl who said she would pass it on but no-one came to speak to us.. Give the place a miss, despite it's lovely surroudings on a summer evening Give
