• I went there today and I felt sick,the smell is the worst smell ever,all animals were beyond filthy and ill looking,there were birds with poo on the,.I will never go there again. Itmdoes not deserve 1 star

• What an awful place! I have never seen animals in such a dirty condition before! A kitten in a cage next to screaming birds completely covered in its own faeces! And as it had nothing to eat was eating poo off the newspaper- had no bed only a towel completely covered in diarrhoea!!! Not only this there was exotics right next to screaming birds. And when looking round- we were not even sure some reptiles were alive! A poor dirty chameleon laying at the bottom of its tank. When questioning the "staff" the response we got was that she didn't deal with the animals she worked in the shop downstairs! - the so called "man" who was "in-charge" of these poor animals was downstairs too and when we then questioned him- he was "TOO BUSY" and "WOULD DEAL WITH THEM LATER" Completely horrified- we left. As this was the snodland store we went straight to the RSPCA who had had LOTS OF PREVIOUS complaints already about the irresponsible NEGLECTED store!!!! Cruelty doesn't cover what we saw here today! Not only the RSPCA but we have reported this store to a number of rescue centres already and I will be getting Facebook friends to share and will be contacting the media!!!! Hope your soon out of business and banned from having animals!

• excellent service and friendly staff amazing amount of animals from macaws to tortoises and even a skunk well worth a visit helpful for advise and info
