• I got a used vauxhall from this dealer, worst mistake ever!!! The car has had nothing but problems from day 1 and when I take it back to them they are not intrested. Was sold the car by Gemma Francis avoid her all costs!! I was told the car was too good to trade and it had a full 6 month warranty, It didn't 3 weeks after I got it the battery was gone and I had to pay for a new 1 because that wasn't covered, the door handle broke, that again isn't covered and the heating has now gone on the car. Please save yourself a lot of stress and go to a different place, I would recommend lookers vauxhall in St. Helens.

• took ford fiesta home and took a picture, an hour later i get in car and i notice a hairline crack in windscreen, took it back to peoples in Prescot and they where adament the car did not leave with a crack in windscreen, checking my photo i can just about see the crack. 11 months later the car had a blow out and to discover that there is no spare wheel, i again contacted Peoples only to discover that you only get a puncture repair kit instead of a wheel, £12000 for a fiesta and your on your own when you leave the forcourt, i would never buy a car from fords again and neither will my family. They must rub there hands and laugh at you when you leave with a car. Never again.
