• I bought a Renault Megan at penybanc car centre end of August 2013 only to find water poured through roof/door seals . I took it back to be told that the owner would phone me. The car sat outside with rain cover and plastic bags under thatas it didn't stop water seeping in. Kept calling in and phoning . Five days later I managed to catch the owner jack on the phone who told me he wouldn't be doing anything about my car. Lovely when I bought car but obnoxious and rude when they had made the sale. Wouldn't recommendthese people to my worst enemy

• I bought and Audi A3 from Penybac in November 2012, I was ver happy with the purchase and couldn't wait to use all the gadgets it had to offer. It had a built in SAT NAV which u needed a disk to use it. They said they are sorting the disc out and promised they would send it in the post to me as I live 3 1/2 hours away. Also I didn't have a manual for the car Which they promised they would send too. It is now the end of February 2013 and I have rang them nearly every week since my purchase and they promise each time that I will have it by the next week. I'm very disappointed in this garage and will never buy from them again and would advise people to make sure you have everything they say they will give when you leave with your car or don't purchase it as they are untrustworthy!
