• Appalling! Go elsewhere. After placing my order over the telephone and being charged £8 more than advertised in the online menu, I was advised of a maximum 60 minute wait (unexpected as this was before 8pm on a Sunday). 80 minutes later I phoned back and was told my order had left and could not be cancelled (although I hadn`t asked to cancel it). When it eventually arrived over 95 minutes after being ordered, the delivery driver tried to rip me off by £10 and said he had come straight from the restaurant just minutes earlier. The food was cold and disgusting (some was fried in batter so ruined after over an hour and a half)! When I complained to the restaurant I was reluctantly told that I could have a refund if I returned the complete order to the restaurant immediately but that no refunds would be made on any already opened items (I ordered for home delivery as I could not get to the restaurant myself). I received no apology, serious attitude and inedible food which had to be thrown away. This was even worse than the usual treatment I often receive as a disabled customer. Honestly, don`t waste your time or money, GO ELESWHERE!!
