• My first time in any nail bar, I had a new set of acrylic nails with polish, Very fast, only took 45 mins, very gentle on my own nails and loved the finished result, 1 week later, they're still looking the same as when I walked out of the salon...definitely going back

• Very disappointed. Paid £62 for gel pedicure and manicure. The young lad nipped,my big toe and small toe - no apologies. Had already mentioned that I was not pleased with my precious visit. Awful finish - could have done a better job myself. The lad run out to go to the loo - I doubt very much if he washed his hand. What a waste of money as I will have to have done again. Will not recommend the salon to my worst enemy.

• Very bad express (rushed) service. Nails were filed down so much they felt paper-thin. Polite feedback was not received well - no apology, and owner (?) has such a rude and aggressive manner that you fear requesting a refund even though your nails are damaged and you're unhappy with the service. It's about quantity of customers and income, not quality. Money better spent elsewhere.

• Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Awful, rude service and terrible, terrible nails. Have had to book appointment to have full set replaced else where. Had hoped they could just be reshape do and repainted but was advised at two other salons that they were done so badly there was no salvaging them. DO NOT GO HERE.
