• We brought a car from this garage in march we spent £3000 by aug the "new cam belt" the garage had fitted went. Richard had the car back and took over 8 weeks to fix it!!!! During which time we asked for a courtesy car or refund he refused both. We collected the car back for it to still be broken. Two weeks later ( the start of oct) we collected the car back. Costing us £400 in total to fix.All was fine until mid nov when the turbo went. We called Richard to see what he thought only to be told the warranty on the car didn't cover turbo's. We have been told it's going to cost over £2000 to fix. To spend £3000 on a car that comes with warranty you think you are fairly safe. Richard told me this is what happens with second hand cars!!! The after sales service was rubbish and so was their manor to customers. His wife is very rude. Don't touch with a barge pole!!? By Kirsty Moss - 28/11/2012
