• Very poor food and service by a very ride lady claiming to be the owner. I asked what wheat free options they had and was told items I knew had wheat, when I told her that she said she didn't know, asked to speak to someone that did and she said she was the owner and no one else would know. I went on to place the order which arrived after 50minutes. I ordered a cheese burger with lettuce and burger sauce which arrived as a plain burger with soggy brown lettuce, ketchup and mayo. I rang to complain and the same lady told me I had what I ordered and claimed that was burger sauce. Finally she agreed to send a replacement that arrive 1 hour 15 minutes later in no better condition except with some cheese. Will never order from them again

• Avoid at all costs! Appalling place. Delivered cold food and with items missing. When we telephoned to tell them we were accused of stealing the missing item! The owner then told us she wouldn't replace the burger, she wouldn't deliver it as they were closing and that she wouldn't return the money. If we wanted a refund then we were expected to drive to collect it. Steer clear. We will NEVER be using this place again.

• Rude to customers. Delivery time was 45 mins over what they said. Missed food off order.

• Terrible service and very bland food. This is minor compared to when you order they take your telephone number and pester you with unwanted text msgs that you can not text back and stop. I rang and tried to ask them politely to stop sending me the unwanted text as it was rude to take my number and not tell me it will be used to send me unwanted msgs. This was met by a extremely angry woman that could not understand why someone didn't wanted to be pestered by weekly text and wondered who else they have given my number to. All I wanted was them to stop and to make customers aware or give them a choice. It didn't happen, a dead fly was found in a friends kebab also, complaining was met with the same hostile response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! you have been warned

• They are extremely rude called us liars and stupid, and hung up on us whenever we told them our address they said hang up so overall EXTREMELY RUDE
