• Steer clear.Terrible experience.Paid £20 deposit on room ,turned up on the day to be told room was booked out and they had no record of our names.From other reviews mthis appears not to be the first time this has happened.We were faced with the prospect of driving 100 miles home when we were tired and very late at night only to return to Cardiff the next day or sleep in the car.Decided to drive home but,luckily,spotted a premiere travel inn so managed to get a room there.Would not want anyone else to go through our terrible experience.Would not even give them a one star rating.
