• Having bought tropical fish plantstocks from wyvern which wiped my entire stock of shrimps, no such issues with Parkers. I thoroughly recommend this independent retailers particularly for spares tubes etc which chain stores are less keen on, bespoke customer service.

• Awful customer service...staff too busy talking to each other to help customers! No idea about fish either id strongly suggest customer service training and more training about fish!!!!!
