• I chose P.L. Dodd purely based on location and the fact they have a website, and it's always a risk trying a new tradesman, but I was not let down. Apart from not returning my first phone call, the rest of the service was top notch - arrived when expected, rang to consult me once they had a look at the issue (I always prefer that, saves decisions you can't undo if the tradesmen just forges ahead with their own ideas or shortcuts), fitted quality taps that matched my old ones very well, didn't leave the bath dismantled, and gave me information about the warranty. I'll certainly call them next time.

• P l Dodd were recommend by a friend , they fitted me a new heating system. They gave me really good advice on which boiler to have installed they were very polite especially the lad James he was a brilliant worker , very happy with the cost and the job was fantastic thanks
