• Front desk staff friendly welcoming and helpful but other member of staff (?optician) rudely shouted the answer to my query from back room. Doesn't seem like good customer approach to me. I'll take my custom to an establishment where it's staff understand the meaning of good all round customer experience. Won't be going back.
