• My 2 dogs (cocker and a bichon)(and my previous cocker, has all stayed at Oaktree for both short and long stays over the last 10 years. Excellent kennels with high standards of care owned and ran by Will and Marsha and their family.

• Absolutely the rudest, most unhelpful person answering the phone I have ever come across who pretends to be an animal lover. WHEN our dog is out of there, (I say when as we have problems here with snow travel and the kennels have not only refused to help, but have said they will keep our dog until the owner can collect!This could be some time but I was told to pay delivery, plus wages or take a taxi costing over £40. I am an OAP, the journey is 15 mins n I am paying £10 per day for boarding which could have been used as petrol as I told them of the problem 2 days before the dog's last booked day there. I do not consider them animal lovers and fully intend to persue this further.
