• Euan Reid is an absolute credit to both this store and O2. He was extremely helpful when I purchased a new phone. He was most patient and polite. I came to the O2 shop in Dunfermline as the quality of service seems to me to be better than that offered in my home town of Ecinburgh.

• Had a problem with receiving my e-mails on my phone. Managed to make an appointment with the guru on the 1st October. Did not find him at all helpful he did manage to get my Hotmail account on my phone but by the 3rd October it was no longer working! When I tried to ask him other questions he told me I was only booked in for my e-mail retrieval! I have been with o2 since my first phone 14years ago & always praised them, my opinion hasnow changed.

• I had a very poor experience with the staff of this store. I was given false and unhelpful information and they did not seem to care when this was pointed out. It was a a stressful and difficult experience when it should have be easy and enjoyable. I shall be writing an official complaint but I would recommend going to a different store if you are able to.
