• I must say i have had a lot of recruitment agencies phone me up, however this one really sits on the lowest mark of them all... Their phone manor was utterly repugnant and when i asked how they had received my details they just completely avoided the question trying to push me for a job, of which i had already made it quite clear in multiple phone calls, that i was not interested in, let alone the fact that this job they were pushing me to go for was a temporary job, when i am in actual fact looking for a permanent position so that i can have a stable income. I would suggest anyone wanting to use this company should think twice before being treated in such an insolent manor. Utterly inconsiderate and disrespectful to any potential customer, all they want is their finders fee. Well I can tell you where to shove your job file OSR... though i think i will keep that to other peoples thoughts...

• elvis22's avatar I am thoroughly disgusted with a phone call I received from Emma Cletheroe who works for this company. She offered me a temp job for 1month and when I said I was not interested she was very condescending and said to me that some people want to work and made it clear that I obviously didn't and then mentioned something about people needing money. When I rang back to complain she laughed, when I pointed this out she said she wasn't laughing but I could hear her clearly down the telephone. To say I was disgusted with this phone call and her attitude would be an understatement. I find it appalling that members of this company think it's fine to belittle people who do not wish to take roles they are offered because they are not suitable. I don't appreciate being spoken to in such a condescending manner and I didn't take kindly to having the phone put down on me when I was trying to ascertain how this company had managed to get my details on the first phone call. I was also told that the manager was not there when I rang back instantly to complain but a phone call the next day revealed the manager had been there all along. So not only was I treated in such a condescending manner I was also lied to.
