• I am a disabled (partially deaf)customer of Mansfield Rd store Sheffield, I called to this store to report a problem with the security light flashing constantly keeping me awake at night, I was polite but the store CTM called Wendle was abusive and told me to get out of the store and he phoned the police so I left the store and awaited the police as I had done nothing wrong. I told him I was deaf he said I was being stupid as he wore glasses and I was taking the p**s My rating for his customer service is below 1 star
