• Got caught in rain - rang Nippy 18.55 - promised 15 mins. Rang again after 30 mins. Told 'still on list' - 19.50 rang another firm who responded immediately. Back in hotel at 19.00 - Nippy driver rang to say he was waiting for us! Two 73 year old women waiting in rain and wind for an hour! Avoid this firm

• Avoid these taxis like the plague. Anything but nippy and rude switchboard operator too. Waited an hour to be picked up. Total waste of time. Gave them a second chance and didnt bother turning up at all. AVOID!
