• Not sure my last content went up taxi booked 00.15 am turned up 30 mins late. No notice of lateness. Lone female disgusting service. Had to call someone else to pick me up. Taxi turned up when I was getting into other car. When I pre booked a car I expect that car to be there at pre booked time totally unacceptable would like an explanation re bad service.dud to rating I would give this service I e no stars but hD to proceed with w star. Will hopefully never have the opdrtu ith to use this totally unreliable service. Taxi driver when he event6arrived didn't even apologise when I said I had to phone someone else to pick me up due to them being so lzte/ not arriving at pre booked time. Tried phoning but was put on hold for over w3 mins before I gave up.

• Disgusting treatment of lone female.Taxi pre booked to pick me up at 00.15am.at buchan park bowl club. Was 30 mins late. Waiting on my own until I had to call someone else to pick me up. Totally unacceptable. Called and was kept on hold so no way to find out when taxi would arrive. Will never book this company ever again. Need to have a reliable pick up. Giving you a rating of 1 is even at a stretch. REALLY NOT HAPPY
