• Customer service is extremely bad, they couldn't fix my car after 5 different appointments and after says it was fixed!!!!!!!! Their a huge joke, next time I am going to Cardiff!!!!

• I had always got help and good advice from the Mechanics at Newtown Motors. The sales team on the front though,are not so helpful. On my last visit I was told they probably would not honour the quote they were printing out for me at the time! bizarre.
