• Food is generally nice, however often waiting up to an hour and a half some times 2 hours despite being told 45 minutes. All the male staff are really nice but the women is rude and shouts at you when you ring back to check on your delivery, becomes Aggressive. The best thing about new young chow is the delivery driver. Would rather go somewhere else and spend my money where I'm treated with courtesy, it's a shame really but if they got rid of the Rottweiler at the front desk I'd consider using them again but collection only

• Very bad customer service, sent wrong food and cos we didn't realise till 30 minutes later, just kept going on about how long ago it was and never sent us a replacement,
