• Never had to post a review before Untill now, but been here recently & not impressed at all! Poor customer service, poor hairdressing skills, lack of knowledge of what the customer requires/needs is like a guessing game of what you ask for & what u receive! Definitely would not recommend!! Salon is not the cleanest especially during covid restrictions, no masks not sanatised after each client, no wiping down of equipment, (especially when they drop a brush on the floor :-/) no separation between other customers, no barbicicide using for sterilisation of combs ect! The list is pretty endless to be honest, I know there not a cleaners or provide a cleaning service but it’s the basics of hairdressing!! #NO WORDS!! I defo won’t be recommending to others I have read past reviews before deciding to comment which were 4yrs ago so I guess standards if any has taken a major nose dive !!! If u want a back street salon @ city prices it’s the salon for you, but definitely not for me.. As I’ve said before went in knowing what I wanted&needed & came out wit wdf?!?!??? Everyone commented not in a good way to wdf did they do to ur hair, yes I agreed it was terrible:-/ clean mess I ended up lighter like I had asked for but I also got dark roots (like I had grown out my hair to least few weeks) which I didn’t ask for!! I asked for it all to blend! I sure paid the full price for this mess it cost me £85, wit no real hair cut only ends taken off which u wouldn’t have seen!! I was asked after what do u think I was kinda speechless as I thought mmm 🤔 yes definitely lighter which I love but the roots well surpose!! I decided to leave for 24hrs to rest the hair after it been bleached to a inch of its life but yes was toned after I have to add!! Requested another appointment to fix the root problem, so I went back as the roots were skimmed wit a light brush at top wit colour & u can’t lift colour& can’t bleach roots incase of hair breakage she decided she had to do a full head of foils wit darker colour to try to blend & for her mistake! Yes it blended & it does look better than before is more normal now but then she had the cheek to re charge me £50 for the privilege 😳so in totol I got charged £135! I paid it like a dope told Roberta I wasn’t happy about it nor would I be back as I’d a appointment booked in for 6wks time for regrowth maintenance 👩‍🔧 all I got was I don’t wanna fall outwith you like seriously!! Well whatever was my answer to that & in future I will be going else where!! #the customer is always right & especially when there paying your wages!! Ohh and Kirsty was the stylist!!
