• Thoroughly appalling service. I Went to collect a debit card replacement only to find the staff refusing to hand over the card because THEY were not in possession of a form in order to hand the card over, basically A RECEIPT! Despite offering to handwrite a receipt and return at a later date to sign the 'correct' form they refused to entertain my suggestions. After watching the two members of staff, Mrs F and Mr B, for half an hour of sitting there with smug looks on their faces, I left a very angry customer. The staff made me wait for no apparent reason other than their sadistic pleasure, I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS BRANCH! What happened to customer service? It appears that as I am not a regular visitor to the branch, I don't appear high on their list of priorities. Their behaviour has displayed a very good reason to close some of the minor branches down and release the staff to other duties. Parking attendants would be a more appropriate use of their time.
