• A great local business who really know their stuff. What Danny doesn't know about wood burners isn't worth knowing! They did everything from enlarging the fire place, fitting a new marble surround and installing a brilliant stove that we are really pleased with. Attention to detail and quality of finish all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

• Absolutely dreadful. DO NOT USE. Non existent communication-we are always chasing them. Showroom staff supposedly book the workmen in who then do not turn up! As I type I am waiting for a workman to return for the 3rd time-he is over an hour late already. Original quote and work failed to rectify our problem and we are back to square one having paid £1,000+. Really disappointed and angry, spend your money elsewhere!

• Unprofessional, total lack of communication, non existent customer service skills, timewasters,the list could go on! I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND these people. Unfortunately I have to give a star otherwise I am not allowed to comment, however no stars would be my ideal.

• At first impression a fantastic local family business. Unfortunately terrible communication, an unwillingness to quote and a total refusal to negotiate. NOT RECOMMENDED.
